Short-Cycle Reinvestment Calculator

Invoice discounting and short-tenure deals pay back every 60–90 days. Reinvest each time and the same capital works 4–6 times a year. This shows what that really earns, what idle days cost, and why your platform's "amount invested" is much bigger than your actual money.

IRR vs what you actually earn

A deal's IRR assumes your money is earning that rate every single day. In practice cash often waits a few days between deals, and those idle days earn little or nothing. That's why your portfolio's real yearly return is usually a little below the IRR the platform shows.

Turnover isn't capital. If ₹30 lakh is reinvested five times a year for three years, the platform will show roughly ₹4.5 crore "invested". That's the sum of every deal, not money you had. Your profit should always be judged against your capital.
