Education only
All content on w3byanshul.com, the Wealth Wheels & Wanderlust YouTube channel and related social media is for general educational and informational purposes. It describes how financial products work and shares my personal experience and opinions.
Not investment advice
I am not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund or financial product, and nothing here is tailored to your personal circumstances.
Calculators and tools
Calculator and tracker results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on simplifying assumptions, including about taxation. They may not reflect actual returns, fees, or the tax treatment that applies to you. Tax rules change; verify with a qualified tax professional.
Risk
All investments carry risk, including the loss of principal. Alternative investments such as unlisted bonds, P2P lending and fractional real estate can carry higher credit, liquidity and platform risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Affiliate and referral links
Some links on this site and channel are affiliate links (for example, to products on Amazon) or referral links (for example, to investment or banking platforms). If you buy or sign up through them, I may earn a commission or referral bonus at no extra cost to you. Every such link is labelled where it appears.
I only list products and platforms I use myself, but listing them is not a recommendation that they're right for you. Check charges, risks and terms yourself before signing up. Earning a commission never changes the numbers my calculators produce.
Return estimates
The Double-Digit Test shows two things. Return so far is calculated from the amounts, dates and current values you enter (for SIPs it assumes equal monthly instalments), so it is only as accurate as those inputs. Expected return uses long-run market-standard assumptions for equity, debt funds, gold, REITs, EPF/PPF and cash, the rates you enter for fixed-income holdings, and your own estimates for real estate and other alternatives, which are left out unless you add one. These are illustrative estimates, not forecasts or promises of returns. Actual returns vary and can be negative.
Your responsibility
Do your own research, and consult a SEBI-registered adviser or other qualified professional before making financial decisions.
